We view litigation support as an important part of being responsible health physicists. We believe it is important for there to be an educated voice in the realms of law and government to inform and educate lawmakers, lawyers, juries, and the public about both the risks and benefits of radiation and radioactive materials. However, we value truth and integrity above all else and, as such, we report only what the data indicates, not what we, or anyone else, want it to indicate. We have served as consulting and testifying experts for both plaintiffs and defendants, concerning radiation-related injury claims.
